Learn and build mastery of the foundational techniques of Culinary and Pastry Arts.

our intensive culinary training program  incorporates all basic to advanced skills & knowledge necessary for Commercial Food Production Operations.

Each class will be comprised of  5 hours per day; 3 times a week, 2 of which will be theory presented in the classroom and 3 of which are hands-on in our student kitchen.
